Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised Brookfield Infrastructure Structured Solutions on its joint venture with Telia and the acquisition by Brookfield Infrastructure Structured Solutions and Telia of Valokuitunen Oy (Valokuitunen), a Finnish internet fiber company.
Valokuitunen was founded in 2020 and is the leading passive fiber-to-the-home (FTTH) networks builder and owner in Finland. The business operates an open-access network model which offers services via multiple service providers.
