White & Case Advises Cellebrite on Its US$2.4 Billion Business Combination and Nasdaq Listing

Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised Cellebrite DI Ltd., the global leader in Digital Intelligence (DI) solutions for the public and private sectors, on the completion of its merger with TWC Tech Holdings II Corp, a publicly traded special acquisition company, and the listing of the combined company, named Cellebrite DI Ltd., on Nasdaq. Cellebrite’s shares and warrants began trading on Tuesday, August 31, 2021, under the ticker symbols "CLBT" and "CLBTW," respectively.
