Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised Consolidated Energy Finance S.A., a financing subsidiary of Switzerland-based leading international methanol and fertilizer producer Consolidated Energy Limited AG, on the issuance of two series of high yield bonds with total volumes of US$525 million and €250 million.
The US dollar notes and euro notes are issued with an interest coupon of 5.625% and 5.000%, respectively. Both series of notes will be due in 2028 and listed on the Luxembourg Stock Exchange.
The issuance of the high-yield notes will enable Consolidated Energy to redeem existing financial debt.
