White & Case Advises discoverIE Group plc on sale of custom supply distribution business to H2 Equity Partners

Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised discoverIE Group plc (discoverIE) on the sale of its Custom Supply distribution business (Acal BFi) to H2 Equity Partners.

discoverIE is an independent designer, manufacturer and supplier of electronic components and has a market capitalisation of over £1 billion. It is a member of the UK's FTSE250 and continues to expand aggressively following this strategic disposal.
Acal BFi is a pan-European distributor and provider of value-added design solutions, electronic components, and custom products across a broad range of technologies and applications.
