
Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised the joint bookrunners on Eni's US$1 billion 5.75% fixed rate yankee bond issuance due 2035, issued pursuant to Rule 144A and Regulation S under the US Securities Act.
Barclays, Bofa Securities, Goldman Sachs International, J.P. Morgan, Citigroup, IMI - Intesa Sanpaolo, Morgan Stanley, Natixis, Santander, SMBC Nikko and Wells Fargo Securities acted as joint bookrunners.
