White & Case advises joint bookrunners on Sirius dual-tranche tap issuance

Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised HSBC as sole global coordinator and, together with ABN AMRO, Barclays and BNP PARIBAS, as joint bookrunners on a dual-tranche tap issuance by Sirius Real Estate Limited (Sirius).
The transaction comprises €150,000,000 4.000 per cent notes due 2032, to be consolidated and form a single series with the existing Notes due 2032, and €35,100,000 1.750 per cent Notes due 2028, to be consolidated and form a single series with the existing Notes due 2028.
Sirius intends to use the net proceeds from the issuance to refinance certain existing liabilities and for general corporate purposes.
The additional notes have been admitted to trading on the Euro MTF market of the Luxembourg Stock Exchange.
Sirius is a leading owner and operator of business parks, offices and industrial complexes in Germany.
