White & Case Advises Summa Equity on Acquisition of myneva

Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised Nordic Summa Equity Fund II (Summa Equity) on its first investment in Germany, the acquisition of myneva, one of the leading European software providers for the social care sector.

Headquartered in Stockholm, Sweden, Summa Equity is an investment firm focused on companies that address global challenges in the fields of resource efficiency, changing demographics and tech-enabled business.

Founded in 2017 in Hamburg, Germany, initially under the name omneva, myneva now operates in six European countries, serving more than 2,000 customers in DACH and Benelux and generating revenues of €30 million, with approximately 220 employees. myneva offers dedicated software solutions across the elderly, disabled, social, and youth care sectors, helping care providers to digitize their workflows to better manage increased demand for care, and respond to converging patient needs.
