White & Case Advises Vast Renewables Limited on its Business Combination and Nasdaq Listing

Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised leading renewable energy company, Vast Renewables Limited (Vast), on the completion of its merger with Nabors Energy Transition Corp. and the listing of the combined company on Nasdaq. The new company is operating as Vast Renewables Limited, and its shares and warrants began trading on December 19, 2023 under the ticker symbols "VSTE" and "VSTEW", respectively.

Vast has developed concentrated solar thermal power (CSP) technology to generate, store and dispatch carbon-free utility-scale electricity and industrial heat, and to enable the production of green fuels. Vast's CSP v3.0 approach to CSP utilizes a proprietary, modular sodium loop to efficiently capture and convert solar heat into these end-products.
