Biography

Christian is an Associate in White & Case's Debt Finance practice, based in London. His experience includes advising commercial banks and private equity sponsors on leveraged acquisition financings, recapitalization transactions, and other debt financing transactions.

Christian also has experience working as a capital markets associate in the Firm's Stockholm office and was most recently based in White & Case's New York office.

Representation of Zachry Holdings, Inc. in connection with the exit financing as part of their successful restructuring through chapter 11 cases pending in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Texas. The financing amends and restates Zachry's US$1 billion senior secured credit facility. The Zachry Group is North America's pacesetter in turnkey engineering, construction, maintenance, turnaround and fabrication services to the energy, chemicals, power, manufacturing and industrial sectors.

Representation of Deutsche Bank AG, London Branch, as lender and calculation agent, in connection with a US$607.5 million back leverage term loan facility the proceeds of which were used to finance a joint venture investment by a portfolio company of a prominent private equity sponsor.

Representation of Golub Capital Markets LLC, as Administrative Agent, Collateral Agent, and Lender, and Blackstone Alternative Credit Advisors LP, Antares Capital LP, WhiteHorse Capital Origination, LLC, and BlackRock Capital Investment Advisors, LLC, as Lenders, in connection with a US$600 million term loan facility and US$75 million revolving credit facility funding an dividend recapitalization of LogicMonitor Inc., an IT infrastructure monitoring platform.

Representation of Deutsche Bank AG New York Branch, as left lead arranger, administrative agent, collateral agent and lender, in connection with a US$1.22 billion senior secured term loan B facility and a US$300 million senior secured revolving credit facility provided to finance the acquisition by Clayton, Dubilier & Rice of Shearer's Foods from Ontario Teachers Pension Plan Board. Shearer's Foods is a leading contract manufacturer and private label supplier serving the snack industry in the United States and Canada.
