Biography

Jan Ole Eichstädt is a partner in our Global Mergers & Acquisitions practice and focusses on Private Equity matters.

His practice includes private and public transactions, co-investments, exits and management equity incentives.

Jan Ole has extensive German and cross-border transaction experience and regularly leads transaction teams across jurisdictions.

Prior to joining White & Case, Jan Ole worked for major international law firms in Frankfurt, London, New York and Munich. He spent one year as secondee at a London-based private equity investor managing the legal affairs.
