Advising on privately negotiated transactions and public takeovers, Jan Ole has broad transaction experience, including complex German and cross-border deals.

Representing corporate clients, investors and private equity firms, Jan Ole also offers advice on a range of general corporate law issues and capital markets law matters.

Prior to joining White & Case, Jan Ole worked for major international law firms in Frankfurt, London, New York and Munich as an associate and as a trainee lawyer.

Advising Gasunie Deutschland on the acquisition (jointly with Open Grid Europe) of gas transmission operator jordgas Transport GmbH from Statoil.
