Biography

Nadia is an Associate in the Firm's Intellectual Property practice, based in London.

Nadia advises international and UK-based clients across a range of industries (including life sciences, media and entertainment, financial services, and technology) on complex commercial IP and technology issues in the context of tech-intensive M&A transactions and commercial projects. Her practice includes advising on the IP, IT and technology elements of cross-border M&A transactions, PE investments, joint ventures, complex carve-outs and business separations, and collaboration and licensing transactions.

Nadia joined White & Case as an Associate from another leading international law firm. Nadia also previously completed a secondment to Haleon plc.

Disney on the IP, technology and separation aspects of its $8.5bn merger of Star India with Viacom18*;

Bridgepoint on its £169m recommended cash acquisition of Eckoh Plc*;
