Roger Kiem is a partner in the Corporate group of the Frankfurt office of White & Case and co-leader of the EMEA Financial Institutions M&A group.

Roger is regarded as one of the leading M&A/Corporate lawyers in Germany. He advises his clients, in particular major banks and financial institutions, on an array of complex corporate law issues including spin-offs and company conversions.

His experience of major domestic and international M&A transactions makes him a sought-after advisor for leading companies and financial institutions, both within Germany and around the world.
