White & Case advises Blantyre Capital Limited on carve-out of OCV Chambéry's reinforced glass production business

Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised Blantyre Capital Limited, a special situations investment firm, on the carve-out of OCV Chambéry France's reinforced glass production activity from Owens Corning, a New York Stock Exchange-listed company that develops, manufactures and markets insulation, roofing and fiberglass composites.
The White & Case team which advised on the transaction was led by partners James Greene (London) and Saam Golshani (Paris) and included partners Amaury de Feydeau, Samir Berlat, Alexandre Jaurett, Clara Hainsdorf, Orion Berg and Franck Peter (all Paris), counsel Hugues Racovski and Paul Loisel (both Paris), and associates Clément Cenreaud, Charles Connesson, Dany Luu and Anne Sauvebois-Brunel (all Paris).
