White & Case advises Cathexis on sale of Yondr Group to DigitalBridge and La Caisse

Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised private investment holding company Cathexis Holdings L.P. (Cathexis) on the completion of the sale of Yondr Group, a global developer, owner and operator of hyperscale data centers, to DigitalBridge and La Caisse.
