White & Case advises DVI on €350 million debut bond

Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised German real estate company D.V.I. Deutsche Vermögens- und Immobilienverwaltungs GmbH (DVI) on all capital markets and corporate law aspects of the issuance of its €350 million debut bond.

The bond has a fixed coupon of 2.500% and matures in 2027, and the notes have been listed on the Official List of The International Stock Exchange. 

DVI will use the proceeds to repay secured mortgage debt, fund future property and fund acquisitions and pay transaction-related costs.

The White & Case team in Frankfurt which advised on the transaction was co-led by partner Rebecca Emory and local partner Peter Becker and included partners Gernot Wagner, Karsten Wöckener and Sébastien Seele, local partner Julia Sitter, counsel David Santoro and associates Daniel Gillenkirch, Ann Marie Hovey and Jan Lampert.
