Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised E Point Zero (EPZ), a global platform focused on specialized energy infrastructure and a subsidiary of ADX-listed investment holding company Two Point Zero, on its acquisition of Azura Power Holdings Limited from Actis, Africa50 and Amaya Capital.

“This strategic acquisition represents an important step in EPZ’s continued expansion in the energy sector across multiple continents,” said White & Case partner Roger Gaspard, who led the Firm’s deal team. “It demonstrates the growing appetite of UAE investors for high-quality infrastructure opportunities across the African continent and further strengthens the investment links between the Middle East and Africa.”
