Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised the initial purchasers on Constellation Oil Services Holding S.A.'s issuance of US$650 million first-lien notes due 2033.

The net proceeds from the notes, together with cash on hand, were used to satisfy and discharge in full the company's outstanding US$650 million first-lien notes due 2029.

Constellation Oil is a provider of oil and gas contract drilling and production services in Brazil.
