White & Case Advises Joint Lead Managers on €1 Billion Bond by Deutsche Börse

Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised the active bookrunners Deutsche Bank, BofA Securities, Commerzbank, Morgan Stanley, Société Générale Corporate & Investment Banking and UniCredit Bank, as well as the passive bookrunners DZ BANK AG, Goldman Sachs Bank Europe SE, Lloyds Bank Corporate Markets Wertpapierhandelsbank and MUFG, on a €1 billion bond issue (divided into two tranches) by Deutsche Börse Aktiengesellschaft.

Tranche 1 has a term of five years and does not provide for periodic payments of interest. Tranche 2 has a term of ten years and a fixed coupon of 0.125 %. The notes will be admitted to trading on the regulated markets of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange and the Luxembourg Exchange.
