White & Case Advises Play Mobile Network Operator on PLN 2 Billion Bond Issue Programme

Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised P4 sp. z o.o. (P4), the operator of Poland's biggest mobile network Play, on the launch of its Bond Issue Programme with a total nominal value of PLN 2 billion.

White & Case has also advised P4 on the first issuance under the programme of unsecured bearer bonds with a total nominal value of PLN 750 million. P4 plans to apply for the bonds' introduction into trading on the Alternative Trading System operated by the Warsaw Stock Exchange (Giełda Papierów Wartościowych w Warszawie S.A.).

Santander Bank Polska S.A. and Powszechna Kasa Oszczędności Bank Polski S.A. acted as joint bookrunners and joint programme arrangers. Erste Group Bank AG was appointed to the consortium as junior dealer on the first issuance of bonds. The bonds were offered to qualified investors.
