
White & Case advises Solida Capital on acquisition of Italian furniture maker Giorgetti

Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised Solida Capital, a private asset management company, which is leading a group of investors including Alsara Investment Group and Vivium, on the acquisition of 100% of Giorgetti' S.p.A's (Giorgetti) share capital.
The shares were acquired from private equity fund Progressio SGR and minority shareholders Giovanni del Vecchio and Federico Maria Bianca, with the concurrent re-investment of the minority shareholders in the group.
Established in 1898, Giorgetti stands as one of Italy's most distinguished luxury furniture companies, renowned for its exceptional craftsmanship in high-end furniture and bespoke interior design solutions. The company has built its reputation on a foundation of traditional Italian woodworking expertise, premium materials, and innovative design excellence. Giorgetti serves an exclusive clientele across private residences, luxury hospitality venues, high-end retail spaces and superyacht interiors.
The acquisition strengthens Solida Capital's management and strategic advisory in the luxury goods sector and supports Giorgetti's continued growth in international markets while preserving the brand's heritage of Italian craftsmanship and design innovation.
