White & Case advises SPIE on acquisition of Correll Electrical Engineering

Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised SPIE on its acquisition of 85 percent of the issued share capital of Correll Electrical Engineering (Correll) from Topps Holding, a German family office vehicle, and the CEO and founder.

"This is the second significant UK deal on which we have advised SPIE in the last 12 months, as White & Case continues to help the group deliver its strategy," said White & Case partner Mark Richardson, who co-led the Firm's deal team.

Listed on Euronext Paris, SPIE is an independent European provider of multi-technical energy and communications services, with a market cap of around €4.5 billion.

Correll is a UK-based group specialising in electrical engineering and cabling for the offshore wind industry, with operations across the UK, US, Europe and Taiwan.
