White & Case advises underwriters on AGI Inc.’s US initial public offering

Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC and Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC, acting as active global coordinators; Citigroup Global Markets Inc., acting as passive global coordinator; Banco Bradesco BBI S.A., Banco BTG Pactual S.A. – Cayman Branch, Itau BBA USA Securities, Inc., Santander US Capital Markets LLC, SG Americas Securities, LLC and XP Investimentos CCTVM S.A., acting as passive joint bookrunners; and Oppenheimer & Co., Inc. and Susquehanna Financial Group, LLLP, acting as co-managers, on AGI Inc.'s US$240 million initial public offering of 20 million Class A common shares, at a price per share of US$12.00. The common shares began trading on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker symbol AGBK on February 11, 2026.
