White & Case Advises the Underwriters on Lemonade, Inc.'s Initial Public Offering

Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised the underwriters on Lemonade, Inc.'s (NYSE: LMND) US$367 million initial public offering and listing on the New York Stock Exchange, which includes the full exercise of the underwriters' option to purchase additional shares.

Lemonade offers homeowners and renters insurance in the United States, and contents and liability insurance in Germany and the Netherlands, through its full-stack insurance carriers. Lemonade is currently available for most of the United States, Germany and the Netherlands, and continues to expand globally.

Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC, Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC and Allen & Company LLC acted as the managing bookrunners for the offering. Barclays Capital Inc. acted as a bookrunner and JMP Securities LLC, Oppenheimer & Co. Inc., William Blair & Company, L.L.C. and LionTree Advisors LLC acted as co-managers for the offering.
