White & Case Advises Banks on Sirius’ €400 Million Bond Issue

Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised Deutsche Bank, HSBC and Morgan Stanley on the €400 million bond issue by Sirius Real Estate Limited (Sirius), a leading operator of branded business and industrial parks in Germany.

The bond has a fixed coupon of 1.125% and matures in 2026, and the notes have been listed on the Euro MTF market of the Luxembourg Stock Exchange. The proceeds will be used to refinance Sirius' existing debt facilities and for general corporate purposes, including the financing of future acquisitions.
