White & Case advises CVC on its acquisition of a significant stake in Epicor

Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised CVC on the entry into an agreement by funds managed by CVC to acquire a significant ownership position in Epicor, a global provider of industry-specific enterprise software to promote business growth, from Clayton, Dubilier & Rice LLC.
Under the terms of the transaction, CVC, Epicor and Clayton, Dubilier & Rice, which first invested in Epicor in 2020, will have joint control of Epicor. The transaction is expected to close in Q4 2024, and is subject to customary conditions.
