White & Case Advises Deutsche Bank on Strategic Partnership with Google Cloud

Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised Deutsche Bank AG (Deutsche Bank) on a strategic, multi-year partnership with Google Cloud aimed at accelerating the bank’s transition to cloud services and the co-innovation of new products and services. 

The Deutsche Bank Legal team centrally managed the process with White & Case advising comprehensively on the contractual, regulatory, IP and data protection aspects of the transaction in a trend-setting example of project cooperation between external advisor and a strong in-house team.
