Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised the underwriters on a private debt financing linked to Cinven's majority investment in Objectway, a leading provider of software and services for financial institutions across Europe, North America and the Middle East.
Cinven's investment will support Objectway's continued growth, including organic expansion and targeted M&A activity.
Objectway is a leading digital end-to-end 'Solution-as-a-Service' provider for the integrated management of front, middle and back office operations. Founded in 1990 and headquartered in Milan, it supports more than 250 financial institutions across more than 16 countries.
The White & Case team in Milan which advised on the transaction was led by partners Stefano Bellani and Luca Maffia and local partner Pietro Magnaghi and included associate Alessia Sommadossi and lawyer Mario Vita.
