Global law firm White & Case LLP announced today its new global management team, effective September 1, 2023.
Heather McDevitt was elected Chair on June 27. A commercial litigation lawyer based in New York, she joined White & Case as a partner in 2002.
On July 24, Heather announced the following appointments to the Firm's Executive Committee: Eric Leicht (Debt Finance, New York), Carina Radford (Project Development & Finance, London) and Dipen Sabharwal (International Arbitration, London), with current Executive Committee member Oliver Brettle (London) appointed as Vice Chair of the Firm.
In addition, eight partners have been elected to the Firm's Partnership Committee. They are: Don Baker (Capital Markets, São Paulo), Darragh Byrne (M&A, Stockholm), Juan Manuel de Remedios (M&A, Madrid), Gareth Eagles (Debt Finance, London), Arlene Arin Hahn (Technology Transactions, New York), Kim Havlin (Commercial Litigation, New York), Andrew McDougall (International Arbitration, Paris) and Eliza McDougall (Debt Finance, New York).
