Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised Critical Metals Corp., an exploration stage mining and development company, on its business combination with Sizzle Acquisition Corp. The transaction will result in Critical Metals becoming a publicly traded company on the Nasdaq Global Market under the ticker symbol "CRML."
Critical Metals is an exploration stage mining and development company that aims to become Europe's next producer of lithium for the green energy transition. Their efforts are focused on the development of their wholly owned Wolfsberg Lithium Project located in Carinthia, Austria, which is approximately 270 kilometers south of Vienna. In connection with the business combination, Critical Metals expects to hold additional Austrian projects.
