"White & Case stands out in the energy sector for the breadth of its services and the depth of its expertise," reports Petroleum Economist. "Its offering stretches from the headline-grabbing mega-deals to the minutiae of a highly complex and regulation-heavy industry…. Its team is truly impressive in its strategic global reach and its many decades of experience."

White & Case was also an honoree for its work advising Energean Oil & Gas plc on the transaction named by Petroleum Economist as "M&A Deal of the Year: Energean Oil & Gas plc's transformative acquisition of the exploration & production assets of Edison Exploration & Production S.p.A".
