White & Case wins six “Deal of the Year” awards at 2025 CEE Legal Matters Awards

Global law firm White & Case LLP has won six country-specific "Deal of the Year" awards at the 2025 CEE Legal Matters Deal of the Year Awards.

The Firm worked on the following transactions, which won "Deal of the Year" in their respective jurisdictions:

  • Bulgaria: Kozloduy Nuclear Power Plant Units 7 & 8 Development
    White & Case advised Kozloduy NPP - New Build and the Republic of Bulgaria on the State aid notification and compliance with EU law concerning the construction and operation of two new nuclear units at the existing nuclear site of Kozloduy, Bulgaria.
  • Slovakia: Slovenske elektrarne's €2 billion EMTN program and €750 million debut note issuance
    White & Case advised Slovenské elektrárne, the largest electricity producer in Slovakia and one of the largest in Central Europe, on the establishment of its €2 billion EMTN program, and the debut issue of €750 million 3.875 per cent green bonds due 2032 under the program. BNP PARIBAS, Crédit Agricole Corporate and Investment Bank, Intesa Sanpaolo, Société Générale and UniCredit Bank acted as joint lead managers and joint bookrunners. The offering was more than six times oversubscribed, with investor orders exceeding €4.8 billion. The bonds are admitted to trading on the regulated market of Euronext Dublin.
  • Poland: Diagnostyka's PLN 1.7 billion IPO
    White & Case advised the underwriters on the PLN 1.7 billion (€403.8 million) IPO and listing of shares of Diagnostyka S.A., Poland's largest network of medical laboratories, on the regulated market of the Warsaw Stock Exchange (Regulation S and Rule 144A).
  • Turkiye: Dream Games' Investment from CVC
    White & Case, in partnership with GKC Partners, advised Dream Games Teknoloji A.Ş., the developer and publisher of globally renowned mobile games Royal Match and Royal Kingdom, on a strategic investment from CVC, a leading global alternative asset management firm, as its sole equity partner.  

The Firm also won North Macedonia and Slovenia Deals of the Year for Grupo Bimbo's acquisition of Don Don Group.
