Global law firm White & Case LLP has strengthened its Global Banking Practice with the appointment of Gianluca Fanti as a new partner in Milan.

"Gianluca's appointment will expand the breadth of our practice in Milan and increase our offer to clients."
Fanti's practice focuses on banking and finance, in particular securitisation, structured products, distressed and non-performing loans. He regularly assists banks and companies in a broad range of transactions. He also has extensive experience in banking matters, including general lending, real estate finance, acquisition and leveraged finance and debt restructuring. He joins White & Case from Ashurst, where he has been a partner since 2011.
