Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised Acea S.p.A., one of the main multi-utility providers in Italy, on its €500 million 1.750% notes due 2028.
The notes have been issued under Acea's €3 billion Euro Medium Term Note Programme, listed on the Luxembourg Stock Exchange and offered and sold pursuant to Regulation S under the Securities Act.
Banca IMI S.p.A., Barclays Bank Plc, BNP Paribas, Crédit Agricole Corporate and Investment Bank, Deutsche Bank AG, London Branch, MPS Capital Services Banca per le Imprese S.p.A., Société Générale, UBI Banca and UniCredit Bank AG acted as joint bookrunners.
