Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised Autotalks Ltd, a fabless semiconductor company devoted to vehicle-to-everything (V2X) communications for manned and autonomous vehicles, on its sale to Qualcomm Incorporated.

Qualcomm Incorporated is a leading multinational semiconductor and telecommunications equipment company headquartered in San Diego, California. The company develops and delivers digital wireless communications products and services based on CDMA digital technology to customers worldwide.
