White & Case Advises Banks on Faurecia's €1 Billion Dual Tranche High Yield Offering

Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised BNP Paribas, Crédit Agricole CIB, Natixis and Société Générale, as joint global coordinators and joint bookrunners, on the issuance of senior notes by Faurecia with an aggregate principal amount of €1 billion.

The French automotive parts manufacturer's offering is split into two tranches: €300 million 2.625% senior notes due 2025 (to be consolidated and form a single series with its existing €700 million 2.625% senior notes due 2025), and €700 million 3.750% notes due 2028.

The White & Case team that advised on the transaction was led by partner Gilles Teerlinck (London) and associate Tatiana Uskova (Paris).
