White & Case Advises Castik Capital on Debt Financing for Acquisition of Customs Support Group

Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised Castik Capital on the debt financing for its agreed acquisition of a majority stake in Customs Support Group from Mentha Capital.
"The White & Case team has advised Castik Capital on a strategically important first investment from its new fund," said White & Case partner Colin Harley, who led the Firm's deal team. "We've developed a strong relationship with the client since advising on the first investment from Fund I, and look forward to continuing to support its team on future investments."
The acquisition of Customs Support Group is the latest in a string of transactions on which White & Case has advised Castik Capital and its portfolio companies since 2014.
Castik Capital is a Luxembourg-based private equity firm that focuses on identifying and developing investment opportunities across Europe. Funds advised by Castik Capital have funds under management of around €2.25 billion following its most recent fund close in October 2020.
Rotterdam-based Customs Support Group is a leading customs services provider in Europe that is established in several countries including Belgium, France, Germany, the Netherlands, Poland and the UK.
The White & Case team in London that advised on the transaction was led by partner Colin Harley and included associates, May Hay Yip, Yasmine El Kafsi and Kirsty Parker.
