White & Case Advises Cobepa on Sale by Five Arrows and BIP of Stake in Socotec Group

Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised privately-held investment company Cobepa on the sale by Five Arrows and BIP Investment Partners of their minority stake in the Socotec Group to Clayton Dubilier & Rice. 

White & Case advised Cobepa in the negotiations with Clayton Dubilier & Rice to formalize their relationship as future shareholders of the Socotec Group, with Cobepa continuing to be the group's controlling shareholder.

The Socotec Group is one of Europe's largest providers of testing, inspection and certification services for construction and infrastructure sites.
