Global law firm White & Case LLP advised CVC Capital Partners in its agreement to acquire ConvergeOne Holdings, Inc. (Nasdaq: CVON) in an all-cash transaction valued at approximately US$1.8 billion.
ConvergeOne is a leading global IT and managed services provider of collaboration and technology solutions. The company expects the transaction to close in the fourth quarter of 2018 or the first quarter of 2019.
