Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised DentalPro (DP Group S.p.A) on its acquisition with co-investor Coop Alleanza 3.0 of a majority interest in I.Denticoop S.r.l., an Italian group of dental clinics.
DentalPro was founded in Milan in 2010 and is controlled by the private equity fund BC Partners. It is the Italian dental clinics market leader, offering high quality dental care through more than 160 full-service clinics across Italy.
The White & Case team in Milan which advised on the transaction comprised partner Leonardo Graffi and local partner Alessandro Seganfreddo, together with associate Sara Scapin and lawyers Yvette Costa and Ioana Gaga.
