The facility will support Heidelberger Druckmaschinen’s day-to-day operations and provide strategic support for the further expansion of its digital business models, including a new subscription business.
The White & Case team which advised on the transaction was co-led by partner Thomas Flatten (Frankfurt) and local partner Matthias Bochum (Hamburg), and included local partner Matthias Grigoleit, counsel Beate Treibmann, associate Max Sergelius (all Hamburg) and transaction lawyer Ewa Trochimiuk (Frankfurt). Lawyers from the White & Case offices in Hong Kong, London, Los Angeles, New York, Paris, Singapore and Tokyo also advised on the transaction.
