White & Case Advises E.ON on Issuance of Notes with Principal Amount of €1.5 Billion

Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised E.ON SE on the issuance of notes with an aggregate principal amount of €1.5 billion, divided into two tranches.

Each of the two tranches has an aggregate principal amount of €750 million, a term of three and seven years, respectively, and a fixed coupon of 0.000% and 0.250%, respectively.

The notes were admitted to trading on the regulated market of the Luxembourg Stock Exchange.
