White & Case Advises E.ON on Issuance of Notes with Principal Amount of €500 Million

Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised E.ON SE on the issuance of notes with an aggregate principal amount of €500 million.
The notes have a term of twelve years and a fixed coupon of 0.625%. They were admitted to trading on the regulated market of the Luxembourg Stock Exchange.
