White & Case Advises EP Infrastructure on €600 Million Eurobond Issue

Global law firm White & Case has advised EP Infrastructure, a.s. (EPIF) on the issuance of its €600 million 1.698% notes due 2026 and their admission to trading on the Global Exchange Market of the Irish Stock Exchange (trading as Euronext Dublin).

Citigroup, HSBC, ICBC Standard Bank, Société Générale Corporate & Investment Banking and UniCredit Bank acted as joint bookrunners.

The EPIF group is a leading European energy infrastructure utility focused on gas transmission, gas and power distribution, heat and power generation and gas storage, with principal operations in the Czech Republic and Slovakia. Measured by EBITDA, the group is among the five largest industrial groups based in the Czech Republic.

The transaction follows the successful debut international offering of €750 million 1.659% notes due 2024 listed on the Main Securities Market of Euronext Dublin, on which White & Case advised EPIF during 2018.

The White & Case team that advised on the transaction was led from Prague by local partner Petr Hudec, assisted by associates Erik Illmann and Jan Vacula. The White & Case team in London consisted of partner Stuart Matty and associate Neha Saran.
