White & Case Advises EP Infrastructure on Issuance of €500 Million Notes

Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised EP Infrastructure, a.s. (EPIF), on the issuance of its €500 million 2.045% notes due 2028 and their admission to trading on the Regulated Market of the Irish Stock Exchange (trading as Euronext Dublin).

Citigroup, Commerzbank, Erste Group Bank AG, SMBC Nikko and Société Générale Corporate & Investment Banking acted as joint bookrunners.

The EPIF group is a leading European energy infrastructure utility focused on gas transmission, gas and power distribution, heat and power generation and gas storage, with principal operations in the Czech Republic and Slovakia. Measured by EBITDA, the group is among the five largest industrial groups based in the Czech Republic.

The transaction follows the successful debut international offering of €750 million 1.659% notes due 2024 listed on the Regulated Market of Euronext Dublin and the issue of €600 million 1.698% notes due 2026 listed on the Global Exchange Market of Euronext Dublin, on which White & Case advised EPIF in 2018 and 2019, respectively.
