White & Case Advises EQT Mid Market on €1.7 Billion Sale of IP-Only to EQT Infrastructure

Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised EQT Mid Market on the SEK 18.25 billion (€1.71 billion) sale of IP-Only to EQT Infrastructure as well as an earn-out of up to SEK 1 billion (€94 million).

The transaction was signed following a competitive auction process with both industrial and financial buyers.

EQT is a leading investment firm with more than €61 billion in raised capital across 29 funds and around €40 billion in assets under management. EQT funds have portfolio companies in Europe, Asia and the US with total sales of more than €21 billion and approximately 127,000 employees. EQT works with portfolio companies to achieve sustainable growth, operational excellence and market leadership.

IP-Only is a leading provider of mission critical fiber infrastructure, serving both the B2B and B2C segments with a high capacity, nationwide network and connectivity to other Nordic countries.
