Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised Crédit Agricole CIB and Société Générale, as Global Coordinators and Joint Lead Managers, ING Bank and MUFG Securities as Joint Lead Managers, and ABN Amro Bank, BNP Paribas and Crédit Industriel et Commercial as Co-Managers, on Euronext's offering of €500 million notes due 2029 with an annual coupon of 1.125%.

The bonds, issued on 12 June 2019, are listed on Euronext Dublin. Euronext will use the net proceeds of the issue to pre-finance the acquisition of the outstanding shares of Oslo Børs VPS Holding ASA it does not already own, and for its general corporate purposes.

White & Case advised the bank syndicate in 2018 on Euronext's debut bond issue, the proceeds of which were to fund the acquisition of the Irish Stock Exchange.

The White & Case team in Paris which advised on the transaction was led by partner Cenzi Gargaro with support from counsel Olga Fedosova.
