Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised Van Lanschot Kempen Wealth Management N.V., Danske Bank A/S, Danmark, Sverige Filial and Vator Securities AB on Immunovia AB's directed share issue.
Immunovia's board of directors of agreed a directed share issue of 2,948,228 shares at a subscription price of SEK 135 per share, which was determined through an accelerated book building.
Founded in 2007, Immunovia develops clinical tools to diagnose complex diseases such as cancer and autoimmune disorders.
The White & Case team which advised on the transaction was led by partner Johan Thiman (Stockholm) and included partner Mikko Hulkko (Helsinki) and associate Christoffer Nilmén (Stockholm).
