White & Case Advises International Game Technology on Agreement to Sell Italian B2C Gaming Business for €950 Million

Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised International Game Technology PLC (IGT) on the €950 million sale, through Lottomatica Holding S.r.l., of its  Italian B2C gaming machine, sports betting and digital gaming businesses to Gamenet Group S.p.A. a portfolio company of Apollo Global Management, Inc.

The transaction, which is subject to customary closing conditions including regulatory approvals, is expected to close in the first half of 2021.
