White & Case Advises Intesa Sanpaolo on Project to Strengthen Italy's Construction Industry

Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised Intesa Sanpaolo on its participation in Project Italy, which was launched by the Italian listed company Salini Impregilo S.p.A. with the aim of strengthening Italy's construction industry.

In the context of the project, Salini Impregilo entered into investment agreements with its controlling shareholder Salini Costruttori, Cdp Equity (a subsidiary of Cassa depositi e prestiti S.p.A.) and three major Italian financial institutions. 

The White & Case team in Milan which advised on the transaction comprised partners Andrea Novarese and Maria Cristina Storchi.
