White & Case Advises Joint Lead Managers on Issuance of OMV Aktiengesellschaft Bonds with Total Volume of €1.75 Billion

Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised the Joint Lead Managers Barclays Bank Ireland PLC, Crédit Agricole Corporate and Investment Bank, MUFG Securities (Europe) N.V., Société Générale and UniCredit Bank Austria AG on a €1.75 billion bond issue by OMV Aktiengesellschaft. 

The bonds are issued in three tranches.

With a principal amount of €500 million, the first tranche has a term of four years and a fixed coupon of 1.500%. With a principal amount of €500 million, the second tranche has a term of eight years and a fixed coupon of 2.000%. With a principal amount of €750 million, the third tranche has a term of 12 years and a fixed coupon of 2.375%. The notes were admitted to trading on the regulated markets of the Luxembourg Stock Exchange and the Vienna Stock Exchange.
